The death has occurred of
SMITH Aidan (Late of Poppintree, retired Cadbury’s and retired Scouting Ireland Commissioner) May 5th 2023. Passed peacefully after a short illness in the loving care of his family at the Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of Peggy and loving father of Esther, Mark, Paul, Lisa and Gina. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by his family, his ten cherished grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, D09 C8P5, on Tuesday evening, May 9th, from 7pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, May 10th, at 10am at the Church of The Holy Spirit, Sillogue Road, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 12.20pm approximately.
